Works are continuing on Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences. Project Manager, Steve Constable shares an update:
“In the past month we have completed the majority of the floor and wall tiling works and installed the plaster board ceiling on both the ground and first floors,” reported Constable. “Work is now ongoing on the plaster board ceiling installations up to the Penthouse level.”
Within the coming weeks, the team expects to begin the installation of doors, architraves, moldings and skirtings at the ground floor level.
“Work on the final section of the roofing has commenced on the Eastern side of the building and is on schedule to be completed in the coming days,” said Constable. “Wall finishes have been completed to the South elevation and external works will commence shortly on the Western elevation.”
On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a new standard in Barbados luxury real estate. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
